Winter Pansies in West Bromwich

January 2019 the BID funded winter pansies hanging baskets to be installed. Summer 2019 we will be having summer hanging baskets. We will increase this number to 60 so all lampposts will have hanging baskets on them. We hope you enjoy the colours in the town
