**VACANCY** BID Administrative Coordinator
Pertemps, West Bromwich are currently recruiting for a BID Administrative Coordinator to join our local client in the heart of West Bromwich Town.
Duties will include:-
Maintaining databases using Excel, Ensure that operations and administration activities are integrated, Liaise with accountants to prepare annual records to ensure that accounts are accurate, Receiving telephone calls, Updating company website, Update social media pages, Data collection and input of questionnaires and Ordering of stationery and equipment
The ideal candidate:
Confident with Microsoft packages, Computer literate, Excellent telephone and customer facing manner and Able to work unsupervised and show initiative
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm
Must be able to be flexible with hours
Role is 12 month contract to permanent role
Pay rate is £10.50 per hour
