Vacancy – BID Coordinator
West Bromwich BID are currently recruiting a “BID Coordinator”
Duties will include:-
Maintaining databases using Excel, Ensure that operations and administration activities are integrated, Liaise with accountants to prepare annual records to ensure that accounts are accurate, Receiving telephone calls, Updating company website, Update social media pages, Data collection and input of questionnaires and Ordering of stationery and equipment and much more ……..
The ideal candidate:
Confident with Microsoft packages, Computer literate, Excellent telephone and customer facing manner and able to work unsupervised and show initiative
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm (flexible on start time)
Must be able to be flexible with hours
